At Flowk, your privacy and safety matter. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we help protect our community, and what rights and choices are available to you.

- 1.1 Account information: username, email, phone number if provided, date of birth to confirm age, password, and other registration details.
- 1.2 Content you share: videos, photos, comments, captions, prompts, hashtags, and other content you publish or submit through Flowk.
- 1.3 Device and usage information: IP address, app activity, device information, log data, and general location information.
- 1.4 Optional data: contacts, camera, microphone, photo library, or camera roll data, only if you allow access through your device settings.
- 1.5 Safety and moderation information: reports, feedback, moderation decisions, and information needed to investigate abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or violations of Flowk rules.

Why We Collect It
We use your data to:
- 2.1 Verify age and help keep the Flowk community safe.
- 2.2 Create, maintain, and secure your account.
- 2.3 Provide, operate, and improve the Flowk app and related services.
- 2.4 Display content, comments, notifications, and features that are part of the Flowk experience.
- 2.5 Prevent abuse, fraud, spam, illegal activity, and violations of Flowk rules.
- 2.6 Review reports, moderate content, enforce safety standards, and comply with legal obligations.

Age Verification
- 3.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use Flowk.
- 3.2 In some regions, including regions where GDPR or similar laws apply, the minimum age may be higher.
- 3.3 We may ask for your date of birth or use other reasonable verification tools to help confirm age eligibility.
- 3.4 If we learn that a user is under the required age, we may restrict access, deactivate the account, or remove the account in accordance with applicable law and Flowk policies.

Child Safety Standards
- 4.1 Flowk is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. These standards apply to all content and activity on the Flowk platform.
- 4.2 Flowk explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
- 4.3 Prohibited content and behavior includes, but is not limited to, sexual content involving minors; grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors; and sharing, distributing, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- 4.4 Any user found violating these standards will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), where required or appropriate.
- 4.5 If you encounter content or behavior on Flowk that violates these standards, please contact us immediately at plshlp@letsflowk.com.
- 4.6 We review reports and take action on confirmed violations.
- 4.7 Flowk complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including requirements under the PROTECT Our Children Act. We maintain an in-app mechanism for user feedback and a process for identifying and removing CSAM in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information in the following cases:
- 5.1 Service providers: with trusted vendors that help us run Flowk, such as cloud storage, hosting, analytics, security, communication, and moderation providers.
- 5.2 Safety and legal compliance: with legal authorities, law enforcement, NCMEC, or other appropriate organizations when required by law or when needed to protect users, investigate violations, or respond to illegal activity.
- 5.3 Business operations: if Flowk is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

Your Choices and Rights
- 6.1 You can update your account information through the app where available.
- 6.2 You can delete your account, subject to any retention required by law, safety, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance obligations.
- 6.3 You can turn off permissions, such as camera, microphone, contacts, or photo library access, in your device settings.
- 6.4 You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting us at plshlp@letsflowk.com.

Security
- 7.1 We use reasonable and industry-standard measures designed to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- 8.1 We keep information for as long as needed to provide Flowk, maintain user accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our policies, protect users, and support safety and moderation processes.

Changes to This Policy
- 9.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, notify users in the app or through another reasonable method.
