Flowk Terms of Service

Welcome to Flowk! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flowk mobile application, website, and related services ("Flowk" or the "Service"). By creating an account or using Flowk, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
  • Eligibility and Age Verification
    1. 1.1 Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use Flowk.
    2. 1.2 Under 18: If you are under 18, you may only use Flowk with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
    3. 1.3 Local Laws: In some countries (such as those under the GDPR), the minimum age may be higher (e.g., 16). We require you to comply with the age requirements of your region.
    4. 1.4 Verification: Flowk may use age verification methods (such as date-of-birth collection, AI-based estimation tools, or third-party verification services) to help ensure compliance. If we cannot verify your age, we may restrict or suspend your access.
  • Your Account
    1. 2.1 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
    2. 2.2 You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
    3. 2.3 Flowk may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
  • Community Guidelines & User Content
    1. 3.1 You are responsible for the content you post, including videos, photos, text, or other material (“User Content”).
    2. 3.2 You must not post anything unlawful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
    3. 3.3 Flowk reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove content at its discretion, especially when it violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
    4. 3.4 By posting User Content, you grant Flowk a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Service.
  • Intellectual Property
    1. 4.1 Flowk owns all rights to its platform, brand, logos, features, and software.
    2. 4.2 You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of Flowk without our written permission.
  • Safety and Prohibited Uses

      You agree not to:

      1. 5.1 Use Flowk in any way that violates law or regulation.
      2. 5.2 Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
      3. 5.3 Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access Flowk.
      4. 5.4 Upload copyrighted material without authorization.
    1. Copyright Complaints
      1. 6.1 DMCA Compliance: If you believe your work has been used on Flowk without permission, you may submit a copyright complaint in line with the Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or applicable law.
    2. Service Changes & Termination
      1. 7.1 Flowk may add, remove, or modify features at any time.
      2. 7.2 We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
      3. 7.3 You may delete your account at any time.
    3. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
      1. 8.1 Flowk is provided “as is” and “as available.
      2. 8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowk is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.
      3. 8.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of liability — in those cases, our liability is limited to the extent required by law.
    4. Indemnity
      1. 9.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flowk, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
    5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
      1. 10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law.
      2. 10.2 Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by local law.
    6. Changes to Terms
      1. 11.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date and, where required, notify you. Continuing to use Flowk means you accept the updated Terms.
